COVID-19: Hope rises as about 170,000 recover worldwide

Hope is on the across the world as almost 170,000 people have recovered for the deadly COVID-19 which is ravaging all the countries of the world.

As at Tuesday 11.20 CET, 169,976 people have recovered from the deadline virus and hopefully, more people will recover and have their lives back.

In Nigeria, there have been eight recoveries, two deaths with 131 confirmed cases.

In US, there are 164,359 confirmed cases, 5507 recovered with 3173 deaths; in Italy, there are 101,739 confirmed cases, 14,620 recovered cases and 11591 deaths.
Spain has recorded 94,417 confirmed cases, 19,259 recovered cases and 8189 deaths and China recorded 81,518 confirmed cases, 76,052 recoveries and 3,305 deaths.

With the approval of Hydroxy Chloroquine by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for emergency treatment, there is hope that more people will recover while scientists work speedily on the vaccines.
